Aircon Service Pro Ipoh was founded in 2018 by Jacky Wong, a veteran air conditioning specialist with two decades in the trade. He spent his early career training alongside top-tier professionals at a leading aircond company in Shah Alam, then returned to Ipoh determined to bring that same standard of reliable, transparent service to Perak. Too many homeowners here were dealing with temporary fixes and unnecessary gas top-ups, and he wanted to change that.

What began as a one-man operation out of a single van in Bercham has grown into a trusted local fleet of six. We built our reputation the old-fashioned way, through word of mouth. When we fixed a leaking unit in a classic Old Town shophouse without marking the heritage walls, or completed a full chemical wash for a modern terrace in Tambun, those customers told their neighbours. We never leaned on aggressive advertising. We let our cold, clean air and honest pricing do the talking.
